  • Direct Cash Transfer
    All you have to do is to transfer or deposit into Qoo10’s bank accounts below.
    Please make sure to input your Qnumber once you make a deposit or transfer to avoid delay. 
    If you do not enter your Qnumber, your payment will not be verified.
    Only CIMB bank is available for bank transfer at this stage.
    *Account Holder name can be change according to the bank that you are trying to transfer.

  • What is the Qnumber ?

    Qnumber is a unique user number to identify when user transfers money to Qoo10 bank account and when user applies event and use Qtalk to call directly.

    Customer can check Qnumber on personal info under MyQoo10.  


    .Web : MyQoo10 > My info > Personal Info > Qnumber


    .Mobile Apps : Qbox > My Info > Personal Info > Qnumber

  • Shipping Process

    1.  Payment Pending : The order was processed, however the payment has yet to be confirmed.

    2.  On Request : The seller verifies the payment and order but the item(s) has yet to be shipped.  (The ordered items can still be changed or cancelled at this stage.)

    3.  Ship Estimated : The seller is preparing to ship out the item but the item(s) has yet to be shipped.  (The ordered items can be changed or cancelled with seller's confirmation at this stage.)

    3.  On Delivery : The item has been shipped out.  Any changes to the order are not possible at this point and a return request must be submitted at this point.

    4.  Delivered : The item is on its way to the destination point.  At this point, the tracking information is provided, therefore, you are able to know where your item is.  Please allow 1~3 days for delivery.  If the shipment has not arrived after the allotted time or there has been an error, please contact to the seller or Gmarket.

  • How long will it take for shipping?

    Usually it takes 3-5 days for the  seller to verify the purchase ( prepare shipment ) after payment completion.

    Delivery duration divided into 2 category.

    Normal mail  ( Non registered mail ) –  5 weeks
    Standard / express : 4weeks

    Delivery duration for normal mail is taking longer ,due to untraceable item.
    However items deliver via standard or express with the tracking , you may contact the related delivery company for update once the seller updated the tracking number or you may check your shopping list by clicking the shipping info to Track and trace the item.

    Shipping is quite dependent upon each seller. Therefore if you post your inquiries to sellers, you can get detailed information for shipping period after you completed payment procedure.

  • Shipping Type

    1.  Free : For items that have no shipping charges, you do not have to pay for shipping fee.

    2.  Free on Condition : You will get free delivery if you purchase over certain amount the seller designated.  Remember that this applies on items from the same seller.

    3.  Charge on delivery : You have to pay for delivery fee when you place an order.
