Guide for the product-return procedure when there are any problems in the products.

Because the product you bought is a product from abroad, To get a warranty for this product in case of the product's problem, You need to send the product back to South Korea.
Returning is available through the National Registration Service of the post office.

1) Please let the seller know the problem first using '(QOO10) message' when there are any problems in the product.
2) After the finish of the counselling of the problem with the seller, the seller will inform you the address for the return.
3)After-sales service procedure for the product returned to South Korea usually took an average of 10-14days, To get the product back, It is expected to take 20-30 days including the shipping days.


if you want to get service,You will need to first send us the product in issue so we can process your claim.
In case you discover any defects in the product within 14 days from your purchase date: you may request for a return or replacement and the shipping cost will be paid by the seller.
For items that have passed the 14-day threshold: buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost/ repairs will be provided free-of-charge within 1 year from date of purchase/no returns / for items that were purchased over a year ago or that were damaged by the buyer, repairs can be requested but will be at the expense of the buyer.
* Items that were released from the Korean franchise carry worldwide warranty which may not have coverage in Malaysia. In such case, you will need to send the item to Korea to get after-sales service.


The voltage of the appliances we handle are 220v. The plug type is Type C. In Malaysia you require a seperate conversion plug.
The seller does not provide a conversion plug.


The shipment is being delayed due to Korean CNY,(Chuseok)Thanksgiving day holiday season.


If the selling price of a product exceeds 500 Ringgit, you have to pay a tariff and Handling Charge.
