    Good morning and thanks for your recent purchase.
    It's doesn't means you have allergy since you are ok with first 2 times. In our professional opinion, we feel that it is better for you to consume your other collagen products first and finish them. And not mix (even though there's really no harm in so doing. The only reasons are that you may first, be over-dosaged, second, be unaware which product suits you better and third, reduce the benefits that would probably be better when taken solely, especially when it comes to Nano collagen... We always offer the advice for what Nano collagen can be taken together for optimisation such as Nano royal jelly (for its amino acids) and not other products... For optimal result, we highly recommend take 1-scoop of NANO Collagen + 2-caps of NANO Royal Jelly TOGETHER in the morning with/ after your breakfast. Hope you find this advice useful!

    Thanks for ur advice. Will try it out by taking Nano products only. Can I know will there be any issue if i consume it in such way, 2 scoops of Nano Detox+1 scoop of Nano Collagen+2 caps of Nano Royal Jelly in the morning on empty stomach? Usually i consume detox and collagen drink on empty stomach. So far no issue. Just wondering whether it wil burden internal organs if i take on empty stomach.

    Good evening and thank you for write-in to us. Well. If you planning to take NANO Detox + NANO Collagen + NANO Royal Jelly in the morning (first meal), we highly recommend taking it WITH/ AFTER breakfast because of the way the body can absorb better in the morning, yet without damaged by the strong stomach acid on empty stomach. By the way, what kind of multigrain drink are you referring to? Are they similar like protein shakes? If yes, then u may need to check these drinks if they contain soy powder or soy peptide. Because soy protein when mix with collagen peptide can cause indigestion (probably it might be the reason of stomach discomfort) and over time may cause risk of weight increase. :) Otherwise, to be safe, it is better to add NANO Collagen (or all kinds of collagen peptide as a matter of fact) to simply coffee, tea, hot chocolate or fruit juices! :D Hope this clarifies.

As all products are fully imported, we conduct random checks ourselves for every batch on the ratio of 2-3 per 100. So far, we are confident to say that for the many years, this item has been accurately filled. Furthermore, as the filling of capsules into every bottle is done automatically with a counter, the accuracy is near 100%... so we are equally and very puzzled as to how u can have received it with shortfall.     I am puzzled myself as this is the 1st time I had encountered such problem myself though I had read comments from your customer quite some time ago that they are facing the same shortages issue. Like what you said is near 100% BUT NOT 100% accuracy. Hopefully those unopen bottles do not have the same issue. As you know this product are not cheap. Thanks.
