    Sorry of the inconvenient caused to you but we do QC-ed all our product and order before ship out to your doorstep. We unable to explain for the product defective during the delivery process til your end but rest assure we do making investigation on this case.

    As we never encounter any similar issue to yours, we do escalate this matter to our relevant team for further resolution. As we don't provide reimburst of postage fee, we unable to overpromise you for postage bearing. We will feedback this to our internal team for resolution.

    As gesture of goodwill, our end will exchange one to one and delivery new parcel back to your again once we receive the parcel. We do understand the frustration you feeling and our end have to bear the re-delivery back to you as well due to not seller's fault in processing order. If you wish to lodge an complaint to Q10 on this postage fee issue, we will gladly to have formal email from Q10 side as well as for us need escalate this issue as well.

    As customer order product, not expect need to so trouble and bear the postage and return as well. The item received not in 100% proper condtion, is it customer fault since your replied like this? Totally irresponsible on this case , you still can mention not seller fault? Then is it my fault order with you? Thats totally a big mistake to me make order with your company.
    If you think that courier company fault or mistake to make the powrrbank spoil, then please claim insurance from the courier company, not ask the customer to bear any mistake or problem after ship out the item.

    As customer, expect received item with 100% condition only. Not after ship out any problem customer need bear this, profit not customer earn as well.
