1. Can i use Watsons membership card at Watsons Qoo10 Official store?
A: Watsons membership card is not applicable at Qoo10 Platform.

2. Which shipping company Watsons is using and what is the shipping charge?
A: Watsons Malaysia is using GD Express for Qoo10 customer parcel, while for shipping charge is maybe varies for different items. Please refer to the shipping charge stated for each individual item.

3. How long it takes to ship out the parcel for West Malaysia & East Malaysia?
A: It will takes 3 business day to ship out the parcel to West Malaysia/East Malaysia. Please allow 1 - 3 days for delivery to West Malaysia and 3 - 5 days for delivery to East Malaysia.

1. Under what status I can request for refund?
A: Buyer can only request for refund if the parcel has not shipped out. 

2. If the parcel already shipped out can I still able to request for refund?
A: Refund is not acceptable if the parcel already shipped out.

3. How can we request for return or exchange?
A: Product exchange/return is accepted provided if the items that buyer received are under below conditions:
    a. Product short expiry
    b. Product received totally different from product image
    c. Product damage
