Q1. What are the expiry date of the products?

A. Unless stated, most of our products will have more tha 6 months of remaining shelf life. It would be challenging for us to state the expiry dates of our products as we receive batches of fresh product every week. However, please rest assured that we will only ship out our freshest stocks

Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A. Please do check with the delivery company on your parcel's delivery status using the tracking number provided by us. If still can't resolve, do contact us and we'll do our best to help solve the delivery issue.
