Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery Policy

At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the packing of the parcel and to ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign for received products. Please check the content of the parcel if you found the seal is broken and you may refuse to sign for received products.

If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please log in to your account or the carrier website to track the status of your shipment. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after few attempts, or you do not pick up your order at any nearby location as stated by the carrier, the order may be disposed after the stipulated time given. Therefore, Pusat Pakaian Hari-Hari Sdn Bhd will not refund you any amount that you had spent on your order.

Pusat Pakaian Hari-Hari Sdn Bhd deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at this moment.

Pusat Pakaian Hari-Hari Sdn Bhd are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.

Pusat Pakaian Hari-Hari Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.


Shipping Charge & Delivery Lead Time

Total shipping cost for Courier Delivery are calculated based on the total weight of the item in your cart. It is calculated automatically from our system and will be shown to you before you are asked to make payment to us. The total cost of shipment will be shown at the checkout page. All online purchase and order must deliver by Skynet. The details of cost calculation is as follow:

  • PENINSULAR MALAYSIA (ETA: 3-5 Working days)
    * Postage rate for the first 1 kg is RM8.00
    * Additional postage rate for the next 1 kg is RM4.00
  • SABAH & SARAWAK
    Courier Delivery via Sea (ETA: 2-4 weeks)
    Postage rate for the first 1 kg is RM16.00
    *Additional postage rate for the next 1 kg is RM14.00

Pusat Pakaian Hari-Hari Sdn Bhd strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are in processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your user account. Alternatively, you can visit the carrier website and enter your tracking number in the tracking widget to see the status of your order delivery. Please allow a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email for the system to reflect the status of your order delivery.


If there is a delay, it will be indicated on the carrier’s website. In the circumstances that you have not seen a status update of your delivery after a week since receiving confirmation email, please contact our customer service for further assistance.



Returns & Exchange Policy

Please be reminded, you may not return and exchange your purchase to our outlet.

Normal priced items are exchangeable within 7 days from your receiving item.

Shipping and handling costs are not included in exchanges. If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item, the customer shall bare the cost of the shipping back to Pusat Pakaian Hari-Hari Sdn Bhd corporate office.

We only acceptable the reason exchange in the list below:

*Wrong items shipped out
* Wrond colors shipped out
*Products not matching our online descriptions
*Problems with fit 


STRICTLY NO exchange and NO refund for
the other unacceptable reasons.

Exchange items / merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise, and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability. Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box.


For hygienic reasons, we cannot offer exchange or refund for socks, and / or any type of inner wear.

We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or defective other than manufacturing defect.  In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted. Please also note that merchandise that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective. We not accept refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.


STRICTLY NO exchange and NO refund for items sold under / such as Flat Price, Mark Down, and Stock Clearance items.

Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.

If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange to any other item, subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, if the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item, NO cash refund policy shall apply.
