rate: 25Took Toooooooo Long to process!
Order on 29.04.2018, received on 24.05.2018. I wonder if it was bad luck that I encountered such a problem with Watsons in Qoo10! The experience of purchasing from Watsons own site and Lazada are so far okay, but this was the worst!
I have send numerous messages and nobody replied. Send to Qdesk, no reply too. Then when I finally send to Qoo10, I got a reply (Thank goodness there is a human being on duty!) Very soon after that, only then I see progress on shipping.
There was no apologies, no explanations as to the ridiculously long delay. It sucks!!
Watsons, if you can't monitor the sales/order from other means of online shopping, please don't advertise here. Else, please be responsible to your Purchasers.
Don't get me wrong, you still get my support as a consumer.
